Mr. Hoffman began his real estate career before high school when he purchased two investment lots, which he still owns, yielding 15% return to date. While attending Grossmont High, he worked for Ed Fletcher Realty holding open houses and assisting his father, a top broker in San Diego County. At that time he also designed a commercial building in El Cajon. Shortly after enrolling at San Diego State, he helped set up the first condominium policy in San Diego County for one of the largest title companies. Since then he has bought and sold numerous residential, commercial, and investment properties throughout San Diego County for himself and others.
